- Documenting all processes involved in the monthly building and maintenance of clients
- Documenting the quarterly build process, maintenance plan and Change Control requests for the clients database
- Creating and maintaining the FTP and SFTP clients
- Creating procedures for the addition and testing of new FTP and SFTP clients to maintain the most stringent security
- Creating procedures for monthly updates to receive files from different sources
- Developing SSIS packages to automate the monthly or quarterly updates for clients databases
- Address cleaning using PAF, de-duplication, suppression and enhancement of additional sources of data to be added to the prospect base
