Implementation Specialist
Location: Gloucester

Salary: £18,300 - £20,000 (£2400 annual bonus potential)

Our Gloucestershire based client is a market leader looking for an Implementation Specialist. This role will assist the Operational Department, ensuring that the successful implementation of new products, along with high standards, are delivered to customers at all times.
Main Duties
• Managing the product and service implementation across departments and externally with customers
• Ensuring the timely implementation of customer requirements in line with operational processes, procedures, quality, risk and lead times
• Advising Account Managers, Product Teams and Customers on how best to implement their required services and providing Project Plans where required
• Organising mass updates and deletions
• Ensuring effective communication between the Teams, including the daily up-keep of the Implementations Database
• Assisting with ensuring that the Capacity Management Team are fully up to date with the projects that are being worked on
• Supporting other teams where required
Personal Specification
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
• Pro-actively looking for fixes and improvements to processes both within the department and other departments in the business
• Able to work in a fast paced, changing and reactive business
• Ability to look at a situation from all angles and develop the best possible solution
• Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
• Confidence to work with all levels of the business within both Sales, Operations and third parties
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data analysis/inputting
• Customer service experience
