Corporate Events Team Leader

Reporting to the Operations Manager the main focus of the role will involve supervising a small events team to consist of Events Co-ordinators and Administrators. Your will also be responsible for planning and organising a variety of national and international corporate travel events. This is a highly exciting role but not a 9-5 job!
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join one of the fastest growing and high profile companies in Gloucestershire. The company have recently moved into a brand new contemporary office, which speak volumes about the company’s success.

Main Duties
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers
• Confirm, allocate and oversee the distribution of event documentation
• Ensure clients receive excellent customer service
• Monitor team performance and activity
• Support the operations manager
Skills & Knowledge
• Knowledge and proven experience of co-ordinating both corporate hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven negotiation skills
• Be prepared to travel to events
