Our Cheltenham based client has an opportunity for a Accounts Clerk to join their team:
• To keep SAGE account records up to date and accurate at all times
• To produce daily cash flow forecasts
Key Tasks:
• Update & maintain Nominal Ledger including maintaining petty cash
• Update & maintain Purchase Ledger including code invoices / credits, obtain Authorisation, post invoices onto Purchase Ledger, reconcile supplier statements
• Bank reconciliations on multiple accounts
• Update & maintain Sales Ledger including posting invoices and allocating cash receipts
• Supporting the Finance Director as required
• Cover for Team members as required including some lunchtime reception cover
• Follow the Companies Compliance systems and procedures at all time
• Ensure work & behaviour deliver fair treatment of customers
Salary: £15,000 + Company Pension Scheme
